AT CHANDIGARH CWP-11916-2026 Date of Decision: 27.04.2026 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the official respondents No.2 to 4 for taking legal action against respondents No.5 & 6, who are illegally raising a commercial construction in a purely residential area of Village Sujanpur, District Pathankot.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to avail his remedy before the appropriate Forum/Court by raising all legal pleas available to him in accordance with law.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
