CRM-M-997-2015 (O&M) validity of the marriage between the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the claim of the petitioners regarding protection may be considered by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District, Jagraon, District Ludhiana. It is ordered that the petitioners will not be forcibly taken in custody by any of the respondents on the allegations that petitioner No.1 has been kidnapped or abducted by petitioner No.2.
