This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 138 dated 27.12.2014 under Sections 353/186/506/34 IPC at Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated March 27, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated March 27, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
