The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), seeking quashing of order dated 16.04.2025 passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Sangrur in case titled "State of Punjab Vs. Jagsir Singh @ Jagga and Another" bearing case No. NDPS-615-2024, whereby the bail bonds/ surety bonds of the petitioner were cancelled in case bearing FIR No.3 dated 04.01.2024 under Section 21 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur.

After arguing for considerable time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 07 days, then the trial Court shall consider his application for bail within a period of 03 days, if so filed. 29th April, 2025 (H.S.
