NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh of Police Station, Economic Offences Wing, SAS Nagar, has pointed out that non-bailable warrants of all the three accused have been obtained under the order of learned Area Judicial Magistrate and as soon as they are apprehended, then after completion of the investigation report under Section 173, Cr.P.C., shall be submitted as per law.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
