  The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences in terms of the agreement executed between the parties.

Vide order dated 10.05.2024 passed by this Court, Justice Rajiv Narain Raina, a former Judge of this Court, was proposed to be appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. Necessary declaration under Section 12(5) of the Act of 1996 was sought from the proposed arbitrator which has been duly received. 3.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. The order dated 10.05.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute. The learned Arbitrator shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
