-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.60 dated 5.3.2022 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 332, 353, 186, 379B, 427, 506 IPC and Section 13-A and 3 of Punjab Gambling Act, at Police Station Sadar District Palwal.

Counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner who was falsely implicated in this case has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail dated 15.6.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

( 2 ) CRM-M-26582-2022 State counsel on instructions from ASI Satbir Singh submits that indeed the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 15.6.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
