* * * ANIL KSHETARPAL, J. (ORAL) On 22.5.2019, the following order was passed:- Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon order passed by this Court on 17.05.2019 in CRM-M-226202019. He further submits that the petitioner in the present case is vendor of the sale deed and, therefore, he has no role to play with regard to inter se dispute between the complainant and other accused.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
To be heard alongwith CRM-M-22620-2019 on 03.07.2019."
Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Naval Singh, has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation, cooperated and not required for further custodial interrogation at this stage. In view thereof, interim order dated 22.5.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.
