*** ARUN MONGA, J. (Oral) The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 83 dated 24.06.2020, registered under Section 21 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 (Section 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 added lateron) at Police Station Bhaini Mian Khan, District Gurdaspur, Punjab.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 28.08.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel, per his instructions from SI Surjan Singh, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required. 4.
In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 28.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
