The petitioners have approached this Court seeking issuance of a directions to the respondents to allow them to continue to work as extension Lecturers till regular appointments are made and not to replace them on the basis of some transfer/deputation of regular employees. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners are sought to be replaced by way of transfer or deputation of any regular employee, then the petitioners GAURAV SOROT 2020.08.28 15:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
