Present petition for issuance of directions to respondents No. 3 & 4 to provide protection of life and liberty to the petitioner from respondents No.5 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for this purpose, petitioner has already made representations dated 30.10.2018 (Annexures P7 & P8), copy of which has already been entrusted to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Patiala as well. But no action has been taken on the said petition. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Patiala, is directed to look into the representations dated 30.10.2018 (Annexures P7 & P8) and take required action, if any, as per law.
