This petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 07.05.2019 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Jind whereby the application under Order 39, Rule 1 and 2 CPC filed by the petitioners was dismissed and order dated 04.04.2019 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jind granting interim injunction was set aside. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main civil suit stands dismissed with costs by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jind. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
