**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 743 dated 12.11.2017, registered under Sections 294, 498-A, 323, 506, 354-A, 406, 34 IPC (in the order under Section 509 IPC also), Police Station City Bhiwani, District Bhiwani. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 8.1.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
The husband and mother-in-law of the complainant are on bail. Some recovery had been effected. Earlier almost on similar allegations, the complainant had compromised the matter.
