There is a recovery of 6 kilograms of poppy husk from the petitioner. He was enlarged on bail but for his solitary non-appearance on 15.1.2016 his bail bonds were cancelled and NBWs issued. It was stated that the said mistake was on account of noting wrong date, which was not intentional.

Vide order dated 14.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.

CRM-M 8861/2016 At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order petitioner has surrendered before the trial court and was released on interim bail.
