(ORAL) After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that the petitioners would be resorting to the appropriate alternative and efficacious remedy, as may be permissible to them under law, for seeking the relief as sought in this petition and moreover, due to her peculiar health condition and other circumstances, petitioner No.3 would also be moving an appropriate application before learned trial Court for seeking the exemption from her personal appearance in the Court in connection with the criminal case pending there.
Learned State counsel as well as learned Senior counsel for respondent No.2 have no objection for the withdrawal of the present petition.
Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
