Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondent to grant employment on compassionate grounds by quashing the order dated 25.05.2004, whereby the department had examined the documents like adoption deed and the Will produced by the petitioner which were found to be forged and as such was held not entitled for benefits under the ex-gratia policy.

Learned counsel submits that he is unable to establish contact with the petitioner.

Disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
