(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.109 dated 09.12.2017 under Sections 323, 324, 379, 379-B, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh, submits that pursuant to order dated January 02, 2018, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated January 02, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
