Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.32 dated 01.03.2012 under Sections 363/366/120B IPC, Police Station Sadar Khanna as well as order dated 26.03.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Khanna.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Amar Singh, submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has since been acquitted by the learned trial court on 25.07.2017. Ordered accordingly.
