The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of letter dated 03.07.2024 (Annexure P-5) whereby her claim under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojna has been rejected on the ground of delay. 2.

The petitioner claims that her daughter passed away on 13.06.2023 in a road accident. She vide application dated 13.01.2024 applied for financial assistance under aforesaid Yojna. The respondent has rejected her claim on the ground of delay.
