It is contended that the petitioner has nothing to do with the proprietorship firm-J.P.Timbers Limited owned by Javed Khan, who has since been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined investigation and nothing more is to be recovered from him. It is also stated that the other coaccused have since been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 29.2.2016(P-4).
