(ORAL) Pursuant to the orders dated 21.02.2017 and 21.03.2017, learned State counsel, on instructions from the police official present in Court to assist him, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required presently, subject to his continuing to join investigation as and when required.

Consequently, the orders dated 21.02.2017 and 21.03.2017 granting interim bail to the petitioner, are made absolute on the same terms and conditions.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
