(ORAL) In this revision petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 27.05.2022 (Annexure P-1) and 31.05.2022 (Annexure P-2), wherein the Additional District Judge, SAS Nagar (Mohali), had granted an ex parte ad interim injunction in favour of the respondent and after reply was filed by the petitioner, listed the matter on 08.07.2022 for deciding the application in question.

Though, the counsel for the petitioner has expressed grave urgency in the matter and sought to contend that the order passed is not valid in law, since the Court below has decided to hear the matter on 08.07.2022, I am not inclined to entertain this revision petition. Therefore, the present petition is disposed of, directing the Additional District Judge, SAS Nagar, to decide the application in question on 08.07.2022 or shortly thereafter after hearing both sides.
