Ms. Mahima Yashpal, AAG Haryana ANITA CHAUDHRY , J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 476 dated 11.08.2015, registered under Sections 363, 365, 366-A, 467, 468 and 471 IPC and under Section 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station City Jagadhri. Custody certificate has been placed on file, The petitioner is in custody for over six months. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner was arrested on 08.09.2015 and 05 witnesses out of 17 have been examined and it was a case of run away couple and the couple had approached this Court for protection and an order was passed on 27.08.2015(Annexure P-4). He further states that the girl was found to be 21 weeks' pregnant and she had turned hostile at the trial and is now living with the parents.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
