SANDHAWALIA, J.(Oral) Present civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner, who is working as Assistant Professor in Mathematics to continue to work in the Department till the regular incumbent and also not to replace the petitioner with other contractual employee's and preference be given to the petitioner as NET qualified being eligible amongst the other contractual employees. Admittedly, petitioner's services have not been terminated as an Extension Lecturer and she claims to be duly qualified and eligible as per the instructions dated 04.03.2020.

In such circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the petition is pre-mature.
