Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter dated .03.05.2023 (Annexure P-4). 2.

Mr. Rawal, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record communication dated 08.05.2023 issued vide Memo No. 1809 from the office of Senior Executive Engineer to Deputy Secretary, ENG-2, PSPCL, Patiala and that issued vide Memo No.2010 dated 22.05.2023 addressed to the office of Superintending Engineer, Distribution Halqa, Bathinda under the signatures of Senior Executive Engineer, Distribution Division, Bhagta Bhai Ka. The same along with translated copies are taken on record. The combined effect of the aforesaid two communications is that the case of the petitioner for exemption from computer test keeping in view his handicap has been recommended.
