**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 0129 dated 16.7.2018 registered at Police Station Division No. 1, Jalandhar under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is the unmarried sister-in-law and challan has been presented. The counsel further states that though the incident is within one year of the marriage but there is no specific role given to the petitioner. Counsel also submits that the deceased was undergoing treatment on the day the incident occurred and a test had been conducted and they have placed copies on record. Investigation is over. Challan has been presented. The petitioner is the unmarried sister-in-law. The allegations against her in the FIR are that she in connivance with the other family members had killed Samita.
