Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mohinder Raj, submits that the investigation in this case is complete and challan will be filed within 15 days from today.

In view of the above said, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage and intends to withdraw the same with liberty to avail alternative remedy as available in law. Permission is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
