Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to set aside the impugned order dated 31.05.2022 (P-5), whereby the petitioner was transferred from Sub Division Gurdaspur to Jandiala (Amritsar). At the time of hearing, learned State Counsel, on instructions, has apprised the Court that the impugned transfer order dated 31.05.2022 (P-5) stands withdrawn, therefore, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
