$ '())*(   ++++ " %$  &' ()*   The petitioner through instant petition is seeking quashing of FIR No.98 dated 23.04.2015 registered at Police Station Tripuri, Patiala under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC.

The present petition was listed before a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 12.05.2022 and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and today also, there is no change in the situation. As per reply dated 18.10.2016 filed by State, challan has already been presented against Indermohan Verma, Parmod Kumar and the petitioner. Charges were framed on 02.02.2019. The matter at present is fixed for prosecution evidence.

In view of the development which is taken place during the pendency of the present petition, no further order is warranted. ,   -- $'&  ./ -'     '& '
