NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Vijender, petitioner, and Pooja, the alleged detenue, are present in person. Pooja states at the bar that she wants to join the company of her husband, Vijender. The petitioner, Vijender, who has been identified by his counsel, Mr. Ravinder Singh Dhull, states at the bar that he will not unnecessarily disturb the family members of Pooja by way of mobile, land-line telephone or any other electronic device.
