(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 18 of 07.01.2017 under Section 354/506/509 IPC, registered at Police Station Badshahpur ASI Kartar Singh is present in the Court today and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 21.02.2017 and is no longer further required for custodial interrogation.

Keeping in view the above fact, order dated 16.02.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions, as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
