Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J.(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No.1 and 2 to release the detenu(s), namely, Sunil son of Hariram and Krishan Kumar son of Rohtash from the illegal detention of respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since both the detenue(s) have already been released, therefore, instant writ petition be disposed off with the liberty to avail the remedy, as per law. 3.
