RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.436 dated 26.11.2014 registered under Sections 420 and 406 IPC at Police Station Dadri City, District Bhiwani (now Charkhi Dadri). Learned counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and he has already deposited the amount more than demanded by the PPF, ESI and Service Tax Departments.

Learned State counsel has not disputed the factum of joining the investigation by the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 28.11.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. He shall abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of accordingly.
