This petition has been filed through some organization by the name of Universal Human Right Organization, seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2.

Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and has filed power of attorney, which is taken on record. 3.

In the reply filed by State, it has been mentioned that cancellation report was filed wherein the complainant also made a statement that the complainant has no objection for acceptance of the same, although the learned trial Court did not accept the same.

However, neither the State nor complainant has come forward for cancellation of bail. In these circumstances, the present petition filed at the instance of the aforesaid organization cannot be entertained and same is hereby dismissed.
