Learned counsel representing the respondent states that the distance between Malerkotla and Sangrur is only 20 kms. whereas the learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the distance between Malerkotla and Sangrur is 35 kms. and also that the petitioner does not feel safe at Malerkotla.

Since the respondent is already defending a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in the Family Court, Sangrur, therefore, the petition is allowed. The proceedings in petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu
