**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 114 dated 11.9.2018 registered at Police Station Women, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh under Sections 376, 323, 506 IPC. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the complainant was married and her husband died and the petitioner is the son of the maternal uncle of the husband and the allegations were that there was a promise of marriage. Counsel further submits that the couple had got married and they had stayed together for few months and the dispute arose as the victim was wanting some property to be transferred in her name. Counsel also submits that the photograph (Annexure P-6) would show that she was wearing a mangalsutra and the petitioner was living in the house of the in-laws. The counsel refers to the affidavits given by the Priest and the in-laws who vouched for the marriage.
