RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of direction for setting aside the order, dated 27.09.2018, Annexure P-5, passed by respondent No.1 being wrong and illegal.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that after remand the case is pending adjudication before respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner and the same is at the final stage. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, to decide the case, which is pending before him, expeditiously preferably within six months from today in accordance with law.
