******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his submission to the extent that petitioner be permitted to move an application before Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna or the higher police authorities as and when he apprehends threat of his life and liberty. Learned State counsel submits that as and when the petitioner has any threat to his or his family's life and liberty, he may be asked to apprise the police authorities who after verifying the facts mentioned in the application will take appropriate action.
