Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.46 dated 28.01.2019 under Sections 177, 193, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

In the present case, FIR was got registered by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Ambala City. As per the allegations, present petitioner has tampered with the document by changing the date from 15.06.2018 to 15.09.2018 and further by adding line 'market value is above 60,000/-' and used that document in the Court proceedings.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstance of the present case VINEET GULATI 2019.05.23 16:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh and in view of the serious allegations against the petitioner, I do not find it a

CRM No.M-23417 of 2019 -2fit case where petitioner is entitled to benefit of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
