(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.737 dated 15.10.2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC and Section 24 of the Immigration Act at Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal.

On instructions from ASI Balwan, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 21.11.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
