The petitioner has come up in this civil writ petition under articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a prayer by way of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioner benefit of 23 year advance promotional increments w.e.f. 22.05.1993 as per the principal policy under Finance Circular 17/1990 dated 23.04.2019 (Annexure P-1) with consequential refixation of pay and retiral benefits with interest @ 12% per annum, for which, legal notice dated 10.05.2021 (Annexure P-8) has also been served upon the respondent AMIT RANA 2021.08.23 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
