AT CHANDIGARH CWP-11959-2026 Date of Decision: 22.04.2026 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 16.12.2020 (Annexure P16), order dated 21.04.2022 (Annexure P-17) and order dated 24.12.2025(Annexure P-19) passed by the respondent-authorities under Section 216 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some inadvertent mistakes in the translated documents, therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars on the same cause of action. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
