Learned counsel for the State submits that in terms of order dated 29.07.2021, petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2021 has been decided vide order dated 21.12.2021 whereby petitioner's claim has been rejected. Photocopy of order dated 21.12.2021, furnished in Court today, is taken on record subject to just exceptions.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge order dated 21.12.2021, in accordance with law.
