AT CHANDIGARH CWP-11960-2026 Date of Decision: 22.04.2026 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 4 to decide the representation dated 05.10.2025 (Annexures P-3 and P-4) respectively in a time bound manner.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application for execution of the Sanad Takseem(if any), issued in this matter and/or to apply for issuance of Sanad Takseem in accordance with law.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
