The petitioner prays for grant of interim regular bail pending trial in a criminal case arising from FIR No. 90, dated 27.04.2018, registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as "the 1985 Act") at police station Kotwali Bhatinda, District Bhatinda for a period of one month. It is pleaded that the petitioner's father needs immediate medical attention.
As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner was allegedly found in conscious possession of 15000 intoxicated tablets- Alprazolam and 9000 intoxicated tablets- Fortadol.
The allegations against the petitioner are serious. He is alleged to have committed a heinous crime.

Criminal Misc. No. M- 28872 of 2020 Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to grant the concession of interim bail to the petitioner. Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
