(ORAL) The prayer in this petition is for quashing the FIR No.87, dated 16.08.2017, under Sections 447, 427, 511, 506 of IPC, registered at police station Kathu Nangal, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners have been acquitted by the learned Court below, therefore the present petition has become rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of. Since the petitioners have been acquitted, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
