Counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition was filed through Power of Attorney and now the petitioner has filed a fresh petition bearing CRM-M42811-2024 on his own and as such, seeks to withdraw the present petition. He further prays for attachment of pleadings of this petition filed i.e. reply, rejoinder with CRM-M42811-2024. 3.

State counsel has no objection to the attachment of pleadings in the present petition with CRM-M-42811-2024.
