******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is petition seeking transfer of investigation in case FIR No.381 dated 04.12.2015 registered at Police Station Sadar Sirsa for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code and 4/5 of the Prize Chit & Money CIR Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978.

As per reply filed by the State, SIT was constituted in this case and after completion of investigation, cancellation report was prepared. A dispute relating to money transaction between the parties was found. Police did not find any evidence disclosing commission of any criminal offence. After the presentation of cancellation report, notice was issued to complainant-petitioner, who has been avoiding to appear. Keeping in view the fact that after completion of investigation, cancellation report has already been filed, petitioner will be at liberty to avail other legal remedies available to him. This petition is rendered infructuous and dismissed accordingly.
