The dispute is with regard to collecting of alms by two groups of eunuchs in a particular area. The allegation of complainant Baba Bholi is that on her restraining the accused party the present accused Baba Titli alongwith her non-applicant/co-accused attacked her house at night and inflicted injuries.

It is contended that the FIR was lodged on the next day and therefore chances of false implication cannot be disputed. Learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that the parties have arrived at a comprehensive compromise drawn in a written deed dated 22.3.2016 and shall be bound by their respective stand. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that parties have inked a compromise deed dated 22.3.2016 and as such he has no objection if the anticipatory bail is confirmed. In view of the above, interim protection/bail granted vide order dated 12.1.2016 is made absolute.
