(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to handover the investigation of FIR No.154 dated 11.06.2024, registered under Sections 120-B, 201, 406, 420, 467, 468 of IPC (wrongly mentioned as BNS, 2023) at Police Station Kosli, District Rewari (Annexure P-5), to some independent agency or the crime branch to carry out further investigation/re-investigation of the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke alternative remedy on the same cause of action, in accordance with law for redressal of grievances raised in the present petition.
